How A Pro Packs Lunch

Eat like a Dietitian

because we like good food ;)

Salad in a Jar, Cantaloupe, Greek Yogurt, & Granola!

Shake the salad, pour it out or eat it from the jar!

Salad in a Jar
(listed in order of addition to 32oz  jar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • a "squirt" balsamic glaze
  • Seasoning: Italian herb blend (salt free), cracked pepper & sea salt
  • baby tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • bell pepper
  • 3-4 oz chicken breast*
  • baby spinach
  • ~1 tablespoon dried cranberries
*I baked 3 chicken breasts over the weekend so they were ready to go - rubbed in olive oil, sprinkled with seasoning, baked at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Yogurt: Greek God's Honey, Vanilla, Cinnamon & Orange Greek Yogurt
Granola: KIND Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seed

You can build salads in a jar for each day of the week in one shot! As long as they sit upright, everything should stay fresh. Make sure to put your "wet" vegetables at the bottom in the dressing (my tomatoes and cucumbers got a nice marinated flavor from it!).

Fast, easy, delicious!
